Q: Can I change the date/timing of my bus ticket after I have purchased it?
A: Yes. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before departure from the first pick-up point. Rescheduling fee of 5 MYR is applicable. No amount will be refunded if the price of the new ticket is lower.
Q: Can I cancel my bus ticket online?
A: Cancellations and refund requests are strictly not entertained. The only exception is when a bus service is cancelled by the company in which case a full refund will be made to the passenger.
Q: Am I required to carry a printout of the bus ticket purchased through www.prismaholidays.com.my?
A: Yes. Please carry along a printout of the bus ticket and ID proof that was provided at the time of booking.
Q: How do I print my online bus ticket?
A: To print your bus ticket, please click on the “Print Ticket” tab and key in your TIN (ticket number) and email addressed used at the time of booking.
