Prisma Express is a licensed express bus operator in Malaysia. Its main operating routes run include northern Peninsula Malaysia, the Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Terengganu.Prisma Express’s fleet are driven by trained and experienced bus drivers.The various types of buses run by Prisma Express are SVIP and Seater

(1) Cancellation and refund of purchased bus tickets are strictly not entertained. An exception is made for bus services that are cancelled by the company in which case a full refund will be made to the passenger.

(2) Rescheduling of purchased bus tickets are allowed for up to 24 hours before departure from the first pick-up point. A fee of MYR 5 is applicable. No amount will be refunded if the price of the new ticket is lower than the previous bus ticket.

(3) Passengers are required to be at the terminal 30 minutes before time of departure.

(4) Passengers are required to be in the bus 15 minutes prior to time of departure.

(5) Passengers should keep the bus ticket on their persons throughout the duration of the journey and produce it upon inspection. The company will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of ticket.

(6) Bus schedules are subject to changes at the company’s sole discretion. The company will not be held responsible for passengers’ delay in or failure to make the onward journey.

(7) The company will not be held responsible for any damage to goods and belongings of passengers.

(8) Each passenger is allowed two (2) pieces of medium-sized luggage and does not weigh more than 20kg.

(9) Passengers are prohibited from bringing goods that are hazardous, smelly or watery aboard the bus.

(10)The company reserves the right to remove and deny boarding of the bus any passenger behaving inappropriately during the journey.

(11)Any passenger found to have breached the terms of ticket issuance may be denied from boarding the bus at the company’s sole discretion. 

(12)This ticket is issued in compliance with the company’s rules and regulations.
